All returns are subject to approval and must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping your return item(s) + $2 processing fee (which will be deducted from the original payment amount) and all fees and shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon approval, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Please see required criteria below:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unopened and unused. All return/exchange requests after 30 calendar days will be denied.
